Complainant is absent without any step. O.P. is present through advocate. From perusal of C/R and order sheet it seems that the complainant is remaining absent before the Commission since November, 2018 without any step. Due to long absence of complainant the case is unnecessarily pending for judgement. On the other hand the O.P. in this particular case has been appearing before the Commission regularly through their advocate. From such long absence of the complainant and his advocate, it can be presumed that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with the case any further. It is worth mentioning that the Commission had also issued notice of appearance of the complainant, but the complainant did not appear. Under such circumstance, to avoid unnecessary loss of time, manpower and public money, this Commission deems it fit and proper to drop the case from proceeding for default of complainant.
