Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                  Today the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant as well as power of attorney on behalf of the OP-2. Neither evidence nor power of attorney filed. Fresh memo of appearance on behalf of the OP-2 filed.

                 Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

                   In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
