At this stage, vide his separate statement, counsel for complainant has stated that the complainant has received the refund amount and he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the present consumer complaint be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the statement of counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
