ORDER

     This consumer complaint taken up preponed today as per application dated 11.06.2019 moved by complainant. Complainant as his identity proof has placed on file photocopy of his aadhar card. Complainant wants to make statement. Recorded and placed on file. As per statement of complainant as well as his application dated 11.06.2019, which is attached with the present consumer complaint, the matter has been settled and hence complainant does not want to proceed further with this consumer complaint. In view of the application as well as statement made by complainant, this consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled. This consumer complaint be not listed on 13.06.2019 as already ordered as it stood disposed off today. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
