ORDER

                   Sh. Sandeep Suri, counsel for   the OP has appended a following note on the Zimini order dated 28.12.2016 :-

                   “OP offers to settle the Credit Card account of the complainant for a sum of Rs.30,000/- towards full and final settlement of the total amount due which according to the bank is approximately rupees one lac and issue the N.O.C. against the account on receipt of the said amount within 30 days of encashment. However, the CIBIL report will be reported as settle. All pending litigation by the bank shall be withdrawn on receipt of Rs.30,000/-“.

                   Sh. Gaurav Bhardwaj, counsel for       the complainant has appended a following note on the Zimini order dated 28.12.2016 :-

                   “I accept the offer and handover the cheque for Rs.30,000/- to the learned counsel for the OP and withdraw this complaint”.

                   Learned counsel for the OP has received the original Cheque of Rs.30,000/- from the learned counsel for the complainant.

                   In view of the aforesaid statements, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall remain bound by their statements.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
