Present :- None for the Complainant.

 

The present complaint was received through E-Dakhil. As per Office report of Ahlmad, Notice was served to complainant on 2.1.2023 and also informed complainant by telephonic message. It is presumed that the complainant was served with a notice as well as telephonic message. Despite having knowledge, none on behalf of complainant has come present, it seems that complainant is not interested in pursuing the complaint. Hence the present complaint is disposed of due to non prosecution and file be consigned to the record room.
