ORDER

Case called out. The parties and their advocates are appeared before this Forum. A memo is filed, which is signed by both the parties and their advocates. The complainant paid a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the second opposite party. The legal officer of second opposite party submits, entire amount due from the complainant is paid. He also submits that, he will issue NOC to the complainant within 15 days from 11.01.2010. The complainant and second opposite party as well as their advocate submits, the matter has been settled and hence, the complaint may be disposed accordingly. In view of the submission made, the complaint is disposed with a direction to the second opposite party to issue NOC to the complainant within 15 days from the date of this order.
