Counsel for both the parties have filed a joint memo reporting settlement of the dispute between them, in which the opposite parties have agreed to receive a sum of Rs.1,500/- towards full satisfaction of their claim made against the complainant with regard to the use of credit card giving up their claim for the balance amount. The complainant has also agreed to pay Rs.1,500/- to the opposite parties within one week from the date of this order and counsel for the complainant submitted to dispose of the complaint by recording such the joint memo. Hence, the complaint is disposed off in terms of the joint memo as under:-<br /> <br /> The opposite parties have agreed to give up their claim against the complainant except for Rs.1,500/- payable within one week from 19.02.2009. The complainant shall within one week from 19.02.2009 pay Rs.1,500/- to the opposite parties and if he fail to pay that amount with that date, he shall pay interest at 9% p.a. from the date of this order till the date of payment. Both parties bear their own costs. Give a copy of this order to both parties according to Rules.<br />
