Heard ld. lawyer of complainant and perused the materials on record.

We have gone through the credit card statements filed with the complaint petition. These statements show that complainant had not paid the minimum due amount as per the payment due date. Moreover, complainant has stated in his petition in para 2 that the credit card in question has been used by complainant since Dec. 2009 and from the very beginning o.p. has changed Finance Charge for the Credit Card of the complainant but complainant has not filed any document showing that he had used the credit card since 2009 and he had paid regularly as per credit card statements. Complainant used the credit card until the available credit limit and available cash limit became ‘zero’. Complainant has alleged that o.p. has charged ‘financed charges – retail’ arbitrarily but wherefrom it arose that statement has not been filed by complainant. So, we find no deficiency in service on the part of o.p. and as such, the case cannot be admitted and the same is rejected.
