It is evident from the record that the authorized representative of the complainant/Dhr withdrawn the A/c. Payee cheque being No. 025052 dated 13.12.2019 of Rs. 1, 11,941=00 deposited by the OP/J.Dr. - HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited as per order dated 25.09.2019 of the Asansol Circuit Bench of Hon’ble SCDRC in First Appeal No. RBR/A/14/2019.

As the authorized representative of the complainant/Dhr withdrawn the said cheque, we are of the opinion that there is no grievance left against the OP/J.Dr. - HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited. Therefore, this Execution Application should be dropped with full and final satisfaction.

Hence, it is

that the instant Execution Application being No. 28/2017 be and the same is disposed of with full and final satisfaction. There is no order as to costs.
