COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:-      Shri Sikander Bakshi, Advocate, counsel for the complainants.

                   None for the OPs No.1 and 2.

 

                   Today, the case is fixed for filing application for bringing LRs of the complainant on record. However, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant by making a separate statement stated that he wants to withdraw the present complaint as several reminders were sent to the legal representatives of the complainants for pursuing the present matter, but till date no one is approaching him and thus, seeks permission to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainants, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh, if permissible under law.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
