            Counsels for both parties are long absent. Complainant had filed the consumer complaint on 05.8.2020 U/s.12 of C.P. Act, 1986 but the C.P. Act, 1986 has been replaced/ substituted by repealing the old C.P. act, 1986 w.e.f.  20.7.2020 by the enactment of C.P. Act, 2019 as such the present petition U/s.12 of C.P. Act 1986 is not maintainable as such the same is dismissed. No cost.
