Heard learned counsel for revision petitioner.

2.      Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they have challenged the exparte  impugned order dated 26.4.2023 which has been passed by the learned District Commission, Khurda, Bhubaneswar without giving opportunity to deposit the amount has passed the order not to seize/ repossess the vehicle of the complainant  subject to condition that the complainant shall deposit of Rs.60,000/- with the O.Ps within a period of seven days from the date of the order. He has applied to extend time but that has not been entertained. So, he prayed for intervention with the impugned interim order.

3.      Considered the submission.Perused the impugned order. After going through the impugned order we are not inclined to interfere with it.  In view of the above submission, we  hereby   revise the order passed by the learned District Commission subject to deposit of Rs.60,000/- within a period of four weeks.

         Revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
