ORDER

     Complainant had filed an application for grant of permission to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file a fresh. Counsel for OP has stated at bar that he does not want to file reply to the said application. As the OP has not filed any reply to the application and in view of the request made in the application, the complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one, as permissible under the law.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
