                                                                                                      JUDGMENT

            Final Award under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 was passed prior to filing of consumer complaint and the matter of execution proceeding arising out of Arbitration proceeding is pending before Learned City Civil Court at Calcutta, Bench-VI and opposite parties filed Order No.1 dtd.25.10.2023. As such we have no jurisdiction to entertain to adjudicate regarding any deficiency in service as prior to filing of consumer complaint. Arbitration proceeding is pending. The consumer complaint is dismissed with liberty to challenge the order of Learned Arbitrator. No cost.
