HDB Financial Services Limited through its Branch Manager/Authority Signatory/Representative-SCO-9, Ist Floor, Sector-7, Ambala City.

Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, complainant has made a statement which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled with the OP. On receipt of outstanding amount of Rs.1,20,000/- from him, the OPs have released the truck in question to him. Now nothing remains due against the OPs. Therefore, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same. Said statement has been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
