2. HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Limited SCO 778-779 Kunjpura Road, opposite Mahabir Dal hospital Karnal through its Manager.
3. HDFC Ergo General Insurance Company Limited SCO 237 2nd floor Sector-12, Karnal through its Manager.

Today the case was fixed for filing written version on behalf of OPs. Written version on behalf of OP no.3 filed.
At the stage, complainant and Charanjeet Singh Legal Officer HDB Financial Service Limited suffered a joint separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and as per compromise, complainant is ready to pay Rs.1,50,000/- to the OPs as full and final settlement in the loan account no.5608000. Complainant further stated that she will pay Rs.one lakh on 14.03.2022 and rest of the amount of Rs.50,000/- will be paid on or before 25.03.2022. After realization of the above settlement amount, the OPs will return the original documents and closure letter to the nominee Smt. Veena Sharma.
Complainant further stated that as per compromise, she do not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same being fully satisfied.
In view of joint statement of both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties are bound by their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
