Present:  Sh. Randhir Singh, complainant in person alongwith Sh. S.S. Moonak, Advocate.

               

               

                File taken up today on the application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant for withdraw the present complaint.

                At this stage, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that, the matter has been compromised with the OPs, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                   In view of statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
