          Sh.Sandeep Kapoor, Adv.counsel for the opposite parties suffered statement that the complainant has entered into compromise with the opposite parties. As per the terms of compromise, the opposite parties will deliver the original documents in question i.e.original sale deed dt.20.8.2009 in the name of the complainant alongwith jamabandi dt.19.8.2013, original special power of attorney dt.20.8.2009 in the name of Sh.Sachiv Khanna son of Sh.Sunil Khanna and copy of general power of attorney in the name of Mangal Singh and Vikramjit Arrey and thereafter, the complainant will withdraw the present complaint. In view of the compromise, he is handing over the above said documents to the complainant today in the Forum. That the opposite party shall deliver the NOC in respect of the property bearing Khasra No.93 Min Khata Khatoni 56/164 Vakia rakba Ghanupur Urban, Gobind pura, Tehsil and District Amritsar against loan No.472548 within a period of 45 days from today. Sh.Vipan Khanna, complainant suffered statement that he has received today in the Forum the documents in question i.e. original sale deed dt.20.8.2009 in his name alongwith jamabandi dt.19.8.2013, original special power of attorney dt.20.8.2009 in the name of Sh.Sachiv Khanna son of Sh.Sunil Khanna and copy of general power of attorney in the name of Mangal Singh and Vikramjit Arrey from Sh.Sandeep Kapoor, Adv.counsel for the opposite party and he withdraws the present complaint. Consequently, instant complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. Opposite parties shall remain bound by the statement suffered by their counsel regarding delivery of NOC to the complainant. File be consigned to the record room.
