Ramesh Vs. Acko General Insurance

                   Sh. Rajesh Sharma, Advocate for the Opposite party no.1.

                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Adv. for the Opposite party no.2.

                   File put up today on an application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 suffered a statement that the matter has been settled with the complainant for full and final amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakh only) and opposite party will make the settled amount within period of 45 days from the date of order failing which the opposite party will be liable to make settled amount alongwith interest @9% PA from the date of order.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has heard and agrees with aforesaid statement. He further stated that he has no objection if the aforesaid matter is disposed accordingly.

                   In view of the statements made by both parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off/settled with direction to the opposite parties to pay the alleged amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakh only) to the complainant within 45 days, failing which opposite parties shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e. 04.04.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
