            Final award under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 has passed on 12.9.2022 i.e. prior to filing of consumer complaint i.e. on 16.02.2023. As such the consumer complaint is not maintainable before this Commission and accordingly consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
