Today the case was fixed for evidence of the complainant, but  evidence by the complainant not produced. At this stage, Sh.Hardeep Singh Setia, Advocate appeared and made the following statement before this District Commission.

“Stated that the complainant has amicably settled the dispute with the Opposite Parties and now I do not want to proceed further with this complaint and the complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.’

In view of the aforesaid statement of Sh.Hardeep Singh Setia, Advocate ld.counsel for the complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs and thereafter, the file be consigned to record room.
