Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution.

On repeated calls none appeared on behalf of the complainant, even the complainant did not file any show cause.

On perusal of the record, it is found that the complainant has been absenting himself from appearance since 17.08.2020, for which he was show-caused.

Accordingly, it is

that this case be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution.
