On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 11/04/2019. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. On the last date of hearing Court Notice was issued to Complainant but complainant not present today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
