          Execution was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The execution has been settled.  Shri Sanjay Kumar Roy, Counsel for HCL Info System Pvt. Ltd. (JD-2) has been authorised to comply with the execution and paid an amount of Rs. 32,383/- vide cheque no. 002181 dated 11.09.2018  to the DH, as full and final award amount.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the execution stands satisfied.
