     Vide his separate statement recorded on 25.07.2024, Sh.Rajesh Tanwar, Counsel for Complainant has stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and complainant does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the present consumer complaint be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied and it be disposed of in Upbhokta Lok Adalat. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
