The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 alleging deficiency in service in the matter of construction on the part of the opposite parties along with prayer to direct the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and hardship caused to the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.13,33,221/- towards interest at the rate of 12% per annum from 20.03.2019 till 20.04.2022 on the total amount of Rs.36,03,298/- paid by the complainant to the opposite parties and to pay a sum of Rs.9,25,000/- towards rental loss and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards cost of the proceedings to the complainant.
Complainant present. Endorsement made by counsel for complainant that the matter settled out of court. Hence, Consumer Complaint disposed off as settled out of court. No cost.
