Learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that complainant has received the original documents during this complaint from opposite parties. Now complainant do not want to proceed further in the present complaint. On the directions of complainant he withdraw his present complaint as on grievance is remaining. Keeping in view on the statement of learned counsel of complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
