Present complainant in person and Counsel for OP and submitted that a settlement between the complainant and OP has been arrived and in pursuance to the settlement, OP has changed the disputed product with a new one and has tendered apology to the complainant. The complainant filed letter of settlement as well as an application for withdrawal of the case and submitted that he is fully satisfied and no other grievance is left and case be disposed of as settled.

In view of above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
