The record is put up on the strength of an advance petition filed by both the parties.Advocate for complainant filed a compromise petition to withdraw the case .In the petition he has stated that the matter has been settled outside the court.The petitioner do not want to proceed with the case . Petition is heard and it is allowed. Accordingly the dispute is dismissed as withdrawn on the basis of compromise  petition filed by both the parties.
