          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act

                   Shri Akhil Bhasin, Advocate for OPs No.1 and 3.

                   Shri Suresh Kumar, Advocate for OP No.2.

 

ORDER:

 

                   Today the case was fixed for arguments. However, learned counsel for OPs No.1 and 3 has suffered a statement to the effect that compromise has been effected between the parties and as per that, OPs No.1 & 3 is ready to replace the Air Conditioner, with new one, within 30 days, from today, subject to handover of old Air Conditioner, with OPs No.1 & 3, by the complainant. Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement to the effect that the matter in question has been settled between the parties and as and when the complainant will receive the new Air Conditioner from OPs No.1 and 3, then he will hand over the old Air Conditioner to OPs No.1 and 3. Heard.

                   In view of above-mentioned statements, present complaint is hereby disposed of. However, it is made clear that both the parties shall remain bound, by their own respective statements. File be consigned to records, after due compliance.
