Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                   Today the case is fixed for compromise in Pre National Lok Adalat. Compromised effected.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the OP has suffered his separate statement to effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties and as per compromised, OP will pay Rs.13,000/- within 30 days to the complainant as full and final settlement.

                 On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP. So he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

       In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties will be bound by their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
