                Today the case was fixed for filing evidence of the complainant. Case called up several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. It clearly shows that the complainant is really not interested in pursuing further with his complaint. It is already 3.20 P.M. Waited sufficiently. No further wait is justified. That being so, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of non prosecution. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
