This revision petition is directed against the order dated 4.12.09 passed by the Haryana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Panchkula (in short, ‘the State Commission,) in First Appeal No. 3112/01. By the said order, the State Commission has allowed the appeal filed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Haryana Vidyut Parsaran Nigam Ltd. against the order dated 13.06.01 passed by the District Forum, Karnal by which the complaint of the complainant was allowed. We have heard the authorized representative of the petitioner. In the impugned order, the State Commission has noted that during the pendency of the complaint the complainant moved an application before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Model Town, Karnal expressing her willingness to deposit the entire outstanding amount of A/c No. LM-17-5063 as also LM-17-1275 without any surcharge as per the scheme of the Government and consequently she paid the amount and the electricity connection was restored. In our view, having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case and the above noted facts, nothing survives in this revision petition which ..3.. requires consideration by this Commission. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed.
