Present:  Shri B.R.Kaushik, husband of DH in person.

                Shri Ankit Sahni, counsel for JDS.

 

                       

                Today the execution application is fixed for compliance of order. Shri B.R.Kaushik, husband of DH appeared in person and placed on file copy of application written by DH wherein she has submitted that the JDs have complied the order under execution. He further submitted that his wife is not feeling well, therefore, she is unable to appear before this Commission.          Husband of the DH has submitted that the order passed by this Commission has been fully complied with by the JDs and DH is fully satisfied and she does not want pursue with the present execution application and prayed for dispose of the execution application.

                In view of the application submitted by the DH and submission made by husband of the DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
