2. Estate Officer, Haryana Urban Development Authority (now Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran) Kurukshetra.
3. HDFC Bank Limited, Railway Road, Kurukshetra, through its Branch Manager

                        Ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that as per written statement of opposite parties No. 1 and 2, they have adjusted/updated the amount of Rs.7004/- , deposited by the complainant on 21.06.2017. So, I do not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraw the same being fully satisfied.

            In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                                    File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
