          Petitioner herein filed the present revision petition seeking interest at the rate of 18% per annum, which was awarded by the District Forum but was set aside by the State Commission, and the time limit within which he should be put in possession of the plot.  On 01.5.2009, Counsel for the petitioner had stated that he does not press the revision petition insofaras setting aside of the order regarding interest at the rate of 18% per annum is concerned. 

Insofaras getting possession of the plot is concerned, petitioner is put at liberty to approach the execution Court under Section            25/27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

            Revision Petition stands disposed of.
