This revision petition has been filed by the petitioner who was not a party before the fora below along with an application for permission to file revision petition against the order of the State Commission wherein the State Commission accepting the appeal set aside the order of the District Forum directing HUDA to refund the sum of Rs.3,21,725/- along with certain other reliefs to the respondent/complainant.
