1.     For the reasons recorded in the order of even date passed by this Forum in complaint case No.298 of 2017 titled as Deep Shikha Vs. Haryana Urban Development Authority and another, this complaint is also dismissed with no order as to cost. A copy of the order passed in main case i.e. complaint case No.298 of 2017 titled as Deep Shikha Vs. Haryana Urban Development Authority and another, is placed on the record, which shall be deemed to be a part of this order.

2.     A certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
