COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:       Mr.Amardeep Sharma, Adv., for the complainant.

                   None for the Ops.

 

                   Today the counsel for the complainant has filed an application for putting up the case file and further permitting to withdraw his present complaint. Heard. Application is allowed as prayed for. Case is preponed from 12.11.2018 to today. 

Counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that as per instruction of complainant, he wants to withdraw the present complaint.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
