The case has been called several times since morning. None has appeared on behalf of the complainant for the last five consecutive dates. However, learned counsel for OP no. 2 has placed on file a copy of the letter whereby alternative plot has been allotted to the complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursuing the present complainant.  It is already 4.00 P.M. Further wait is not justified. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
