The Decree Holder has made a statement for withdrawal of the execution petition by submitting that compliance of the impugned order has been made therefore, she does not want to pursue with the present execution petition and the same be consigned to record room. Her statement has been recorded separately.

2.   In view of the statement made by the decree holder, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as having been fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
