ORDER:

                   The Learned counsel for the complainant made statement that he received a cheque bearing no.271635 dated 30.5.2016 amounting to Rs.5,65,644/- drawn on PNB Mani Majra, Chandigarh from opposite party. Now, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same. In view of the statement of learned counsel of complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance
