Present:      Shri karamvir Singh for the complainant-DH jaipal Rathee.

             

Order

              Shri Karamvir Singh has made a statement on 31.03.2015 that he has received the cheque no. 515423 dated dated 30.03.2015 worth Rs. 25000/- on behalf of jaipal Rathee, from the respondent-JD and he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and it may dismissed as withdraw.

Keeping in view the statement dated 31.03.2015 the present execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
