Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that due to some technical reasons he do not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same with the liberty to file a fresh on the same cause of action. keeping in view on the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh on the same cause of action before appropriate court of law if so desire.
