Learned counsel for the petitioner has moved an application to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum for alternate remedy.  Application is allowed.  Revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum/court for alternate remedy.  Time spent in pursuing this petition may be considered by appropriate forum in the light of judgment passed by Hon’ble Apex Court in “Laxmi Engineering Works vs. P.S.G. Industrial Institute, 1995 (3) SCC 583.”
