The Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that OPs have allotted plot to the complainant, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. His statement has been recorded in this regard separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
