Present:        DH/Complainant in person alongwith Sh. Dalwar Chaudhary,                       Advocate, counsel for DH.

                     Sh.Ashwani Chaudhary, Advocate, counsel for the JDs/OPs.

                    

                       At this stage, the DH/Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that compliance of order dated 28.10.2002 passed by the District Consumer Forum, Panchkula(now designated as District Consumer Commission) in complaint no.203 dated 16.05.2002, which was modified by the Hon’ble National Consumer Commission, New Delhi in Revision Petition No.670 of 2010 vide its order dated 12.06.2017 has been made by the JDs and nothing is due against the JDs; hence she withdraws the present execution petition being fully satisfied. 

          Heard. In view of the statement made by the DH/Complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
