                        Today the execution application was fixed for appearance of the OPs. Mr.Saurabh Sharma, Advocate appeared on behalf of Ops and filed his vakalatnama and also filed an application for exemption from personal appearance of Estate Officer, HUDA on the ground that the order under execution has been fully complied with.

Counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that order under execution has been fully complied with. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
