1.  The Haryana State Counseling Society, Bays No.7-12, Sector 4 Panchkula, through its Chairman.
2. Annupamma College of Engineer Bhora Kalan, near Bilaspur Chock, Pataudi Road, Delhi-Jaipur Road, NH-8, Gurgaon 122413 through its Principal.

COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Quorum:    Mr. D.N.Arora, President.

    Mr. Jagmohan Singh, Member.

   

 

Present:     None for the DH.

JD No.1 already given up.

None for the JD No.2.

               

                The present execution application filed by the DH for compliance of the order dated 27.5.2010, passed by this Forum. But, the service of the JD No.2 has not been effected due to non-furnishing of the correct address by the complainant inspite of giving the several opportunities to the DH. Case called several times since morning. It is already 4:00 p.m. But none has appeared on behalf of the DH and also not furnish the correct address of the JD No.2. This Forum cannot adjourned the  execution application again and again for the same purpose and due to lack of correct address of JD No.2, service has not been effected. Hence, the present execution application is dismissed for want of correct address. DH is at liberty to file the fresh execution application after getting the fresh address of JD No.2, if any.

                A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
